MailMiner.io offers several pricing plans to match different needs:
Free Plan ($0 Annually) - 75 credits per year, basic features.
Starter Plan ($27 Annually) - 12,000 credits, access to email finder, LinkedIn export, Chrome extension, and API access.
Growth Plan ($27 Annually) - 60,000 credits, all Starter features plus bulk processing.
Pro Plan ($139 Annually) - 240,000 credits, all Growth features plus team functionality.
Business Plan ($258 Annually) - 600,000 credits, all Pro features plus priority support.
To switch plans, visit Settings > Billing and select a new plan based on your requirements.
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing.
Choose the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to.
Confirm the changes; upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Changing your email or password
Navigate to Settings > Account.
Click Change Email to update your registered email.
Click Change Password, enter your current password, and set a new one.
Save changes and verify via email if necessary.
Deleting or deactivating your account
Go to Settings > Account and select Delete Account.
Confirm the action; note that this is irreversible.
If you wish to deactivate instead of permanently deleting your account, contact support.
